Ecommerce Coordinator
Snuggle Hunny is on the lookout for a passionate Ecommerce Coordinator to help us deliver a seamless and joyful online experience for our customers. Reporting to the COO, and working closely with the CEO and our Marketing, Buying, and Operations teams, you’ll be right at the heart of a fast-growing Australian brand that’s stocked both locally and globally. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who’s detail-obsessed, tech-savvy, and looking to grow into an ecommerce leadership role. You'll help ensure our website and marketplaces run smoothly, our products shine online, and our digital presence stays beautiful, accurate, and up to date.
This role is based at our office in Rouse Hill.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day website management including product listings, content updates, promotions, and merchandising
- Maintain accurate product data—images, descriptions, pricing, and categorisation
- Ongoing website maintenance and performance optimisation
- Support implementation and testing of new features in collaboration with our development agency
- Coordinate updates across ecommerce marketplaces (e.g. Amazon)
- Assist with general ecommerce and admin tasks as required
- Adhoc general support tasks as required
Experience and Skills
- 1–2 years’ experience in ecommerce
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field (preferred but not essential)
- Shopify experience is essential (ideally Shopify Plus)
- Innovative and thinks outside the box
- Strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills
- Obsessive attention to detail and accuracy
- Very organised and enjoys being process driven
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills
- Confident communicator with a passion for delivering a great customer experience
- Hands on can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Tech-savvy with an eye for optimising systems and workflows
- Marketplace experience advantageous but not essential
- Some knowledge of AI in a business setting advantageous but not essential
- A love for beautiful brands and alignment with Snuggle Hunny’s values
